Thanks very much for a very nice stay for a business trip. It has a cosy bar and really friendly staff. The hotel offers warm meal in the morning with 2 slices of toast and toast, for instance.

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I stayed in a Standard Twin Room and was surprised by the comfort and amenities. The room had a kettle for my morning tea, a fridge for snacks, and stable Wi-Fi. Its central location allowed easy access to fantastic dining spots and the bus tour pickup area.

The room on the second floor was clean and a good size, with an en-suite bathroom. I appreciated having my own space that included basic essentials.
The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and fraying, contributing to an overall dated impression. My room had a small, non-opening window that faced an alleyway, resulting in limited natural light and no fresh air. The shower worked well, but the air conditioner was unreliable, and I encountered issues such as a missing bulb and stains on the blanket. Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which could disrupt sleep for light sleepers.

Great location right in the heart of Perth. Easy access to shopping and excellent dining options nearby. Room cleanliness stood out, despite being a bit dated. I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to help, especially William and Arina. They arranged a quieter room for me as I'm a light sleeper. The breakfast at the hotel cafe was satisfying, and a good deal for the price. The shower wasn't ideal. The temperature control was tricky and the water pressure fluctuated. A comfortable stay with minor inconveniences to keep in mind.
